Clean and Simple + stepped up

Today starts a new challenge over at Double Trouble and this time around, we are going clean and simple!

Not only are we going clean and simple, Thing 3 is saying to use only 1 color!

I used an older stamp set from my Stampin’ Up! stash to make my simple, one color card.

I love a good clean card! I don’t tend to make them much lately because I get caught up having fun with adding all the goodies possible to a card.

I also made another card while I had these stamps and papers out. This one adds one more color. Still pretty clean and simple but with one more color and a bit more interest

It’s really fun to use the same couple of stamp sets while they are already out and just switch it up a bit! Makes me feel good that I’m getting better use of my supplies as well

It was a good boost to make these couple of simple cards. I wanted to take it one more step and use the same 2 stamp sets to make yet another card

This one has a third color – some pink. I also added some splatters, ribbon, dimension, and layers

You don’t have to any step ups on your card for this challenge! I did it for fun. It’s awesome how you can take the same supplies and do different styles of cards!

What will you make that is clean and simple and uses only one color? Be sure to share with us at Double Trouble! And if you played along, remember to go share with our challenge partner – Use Your Stuff as well!

Happy Stamping 🙂

  1. I really enjoyed seeing your cards. How each one was “stepped up” with the same stamp set. Beautiful work and a really great idea.
