Time to pull out the masculine stamps and create! There’s a new challenge up at Double Trouble and Thing 1 wants to see cards for guys!

I never have enough masculine cards so it’s always good to jump in on these kinds of challenges!

I grabbed an old Stampin Up! Set and used just 2 colors for my card

Thing 3 is adding the twist to have stripes or plaid on your card. I chose this dotted stripes pattern paper that has been in my stash forever! Went perfect for the style of my card

Thing 2 says to partner up with Try Stampin on Tuesday by using their sketch to create your card!
It’s the perfect time to make a card for that special dad in your life with Father’s day coming up. And we can’t wait to see what you share with us!

Thank you for stopping by my blog today. See you again really soon!
🙂 Kellianne
Unique interpretation of the sketch great color combination using the light green color of images and border is such a perfect match against the deep blue stripe… striking.

Kellianne, such an impactful card using just two colors!!! Love that striped background paper, and the way you use it to focus attention on the ship! I have that same stamp set and find it challenging to figure out just how to use it… you did a great job incorporating it into the TSOT sketch! I also like the anchor and how you raised it from the card front to complement the depth you created with the ship on the card front! I’m sure our DTC participants will get some good ideas from your card!!! -Donna
